Porto host Basel hoping to extend their unbeaten run in this season's Champions League

Porto welcome Basel to the Estadio do Dragao for the second leg of their Champions League last 16 clash with the scores locked at 1-1.
Julen Lopetegui's side maintained their unbeaten record in this season’s competition after Danilo’s 79th minute penalty cancelled out Derlis Gonzalez’s opener at St Jakob-Park to give Porto a light advantage with an away goal.
The Portuguese side will be in confident mood after stretching their unbeaten run to six games in the Primeira Liga after Friday’s 1-0 win over Braga but they have been dealt an injury blow after Jackson Martinez was ruled out with a thigh injury. However, Porto will be buoyed by the fact they have not lost in eight of their last European home games and have lost just once in seven meetings against Swiss opposition.
In contrast, Basel are without a win in five previous visits to Portugal but they are in excellent form after a run of three straight wins in all competitions.
Team news
Adrian Lopez (thigh) and Oliver Torres (shoulder) join Martinez on the sidelines for Porto.
Fabian Schar is available again for Basel after serving his suspension, however, Marek Suchy misses out due to a one-match ban.
Ivan Ivanov will also be unavailable for the visitors due to a knee injury.
Stats
Basel only had one shot in the first leg: Derlis Gonzalez’s goal in the 11th minute. Porto had 15.
The first leg also produced the most yellow cards in a Champions League game this season (9).
Porto haven’t made it past the last 16 of the Champions League since 2008/09 when they were eventually knocked out in the quarter-finals by Manchester United.
Porto are one of three teams still unbeaten in this season’s Champions League, alongside Chelsea and Real Madrid.
Porto are unbeaten in their last eight home games in European competition (W5 D3), their last defeat dating back to October 2013 against Zenit St Petersburg (0-1).
Basel have made it to the knockout stages of the Champions League for only the second time in their history after 2011/12. They were knocked out 7-1 on aggregate by Bayern Munich in the last 16, including a 7-0 defeat away FROM HOME.
